EG Supply Chain Costa Rica for FY14
For the month of May a group of EG SC participated on a team building event, We went to the mountains and did some outdoor activity
We have organized a bi- monthly birthday celebration for our EG SC team, this way they we can spend some time to congratulate our peers for their birthday.
Things to come:
* More training for personal development by our L&D group
* More dynamic activities for our employees
* Organize a December Christmas brunch for the team to enjoy together
On June HP CR will sponsor a EG activity to go to the food bank, the institution receives food donations which subsequently will be distributed to people who need it. With the help of HP volunteers, we will unload the donations from the trucks, categorize them and leave them ready to be delivered.

How we are communicating all this information with the team ....
On Q2 we have been working on a nutrition session for EG/GES and for personal development our L&D team are working to provide this month an Excel Training and for the team.
We are working on developing and scheduling per month a breakfast/lunch for our employees of EG Supply Chain this way they can get some time out for their daily task's and share some time together as a team.
