CSUMB: EST. 1994

Out of Military Base grew a hub for sub-culture

Graffiti began on Fort Ord around the time of its dismemberment in the early 90's.

Most of the work is based around street art and Graffiti as an influence to these works

Some works respond to certain murals that may be promoting killing or being death machines

It is hard to pin point what is student art and what is not.

Empty barracks of Fort Ord are used for artistic expression.

That ranges from film, photography, and art
