- Any LMC Neighbor can reserve room
- Common area free of charge
- Hourly rate will apply
- Small/Medium = $4.00 per hour
- Large/Conference = $8.00 per hour
* Any portion of a reserved room will be charged the full rate
Hour of Operation
- Available 8 am to 6 pm. 7 days a week
- Neighbors must exit the stlt. co-working spaces by 6 pm
