Taziki Sauce:

  • First, get rid of excess juice so it isn't watery.
  • Combine the strain and chop the peeled cucumber with 2 cups of cold plain greek yogurt, 1 1/2 Tbsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 4 pressed garlic cloves, 1/3 cup of chopped dill, 1/2 Tbsp of salt (add more for taste if needed) and 1/8 Tbsp of black pepper.
  • Mix everything together
  • Let refrigerate for 1 hour
