1. The problem itself, stated clearly and with enough contextual detail to establish why it is important;
2. The method of solving the problem, often stated as a claim or a working thesis;
3. The purpose, statement of objective and scope of the document the writer is preparing.
1. Problem is made up of a real phenomenon. For example factual situation or an event with its outcome.
2. The problem needs to be formulated clearly and with enough detail. This step known as problem formulation and problem of obtaining clearly stated problem known as problem crystallization.
3. A problem is derived from identifying organizational issues. After look at one or a few issues , then this issue will be revised into problem statements
