The Portugese man-of-war is a jellyfish that has very poisonous tentacles. It protects teensy tiny fish known as Horse Mackerel. While it saves the Mackerel's life, it feeds off of the leftovers (ish) of their meals. It's a win-win situation
Horse Mackeral is a fish that likes hiding in the Portugese Man-of-War which is a giant jelly fish that is 70 feet long , and is very dangerous. It's a great way for the Mackerel to hide from dangerous predators, such larger mackerel, cod, tuna, and marlin.
Both animals get a benefit for doing what they do. The Horse Mackerel has protection from evil predators, and give free food to the Portugese man-of-war. I wish I got free food every once in a while.
