I am now in my tent for the night writing about my day.

The Chattahoochee River starts in the blue ridge mountains and flows southwest. It is also a big source of drinking water. It runs over the fall line into the coastal plains.

The Savannah river is one of the longest and largest in the state of Georgia. it flows southeast and empties into the Atlantic ocean. It carries sediments that help deposits on the coastal islands.
