- Founding History: Established on December 5,2010, this club - formerly known as Deaf Pink Club (DPC), -is a recognized member of the Philippine Federation of the Deaf (PFD) which is affiliated to the World Federation of the Deaf (WFD). PDR is also member of LADLAD Partylist.

- Vision- Building a Deaf LGBT community in a natural environment where they can gather without any discrimination of gender issues

Mission: PDR aims to serve Deaf LGBT Filipinos through:

-Socials/Fellowships -Education -Capacity Building -Awareness-raising -Networking -Advocacy
