Practical way
(more than five people):
- make a circle
- turn all to the right
- the left foot has to touch the left foot of the person in front of you and hold him with both hands.
- Sit down, slowly, on the legs of the person behind you.
- When all the group feel comfortable, try to move all in front, behind, right and left.
