Exercise Regularly

Watch what you inhale.

Smoking destroys cilia, the dirt and pollution stays in your lungs, along with chemicals from cigarette smoke.

Increase your aerobic and lung capacity. With this, your lungs become more capable of holding greater amounts of oxygen

There are many things that human lungs were not meant to inhale. Remember to breathe in through your nose when around them, but try to avoid them in the first place.

Use your own towel and handkerchief

Breathe in through your nose and not through your mouth

When you breathe through your mouth, you inhale foreign particles that could have been eliminated through the nose by the cillia.

Use your own personal things and avoid sharing with others. There are diseases that might contaminate you.

Consult your physician regularly

Take medication to help you breathe easier if you have asthma or any other respiratory condition. Consult your doctor.
