Educate students about the "big picture"
- Many students are unaware that there are many high-paying jobs in the restaurant industry and also numerous ancillary jobs outside of management.
- There are jobs as trainers, buyers, advertising/marking execs, accountants, programmers and franchisors.
- Many restaurant chains also have tuition reimbursement plans that relieve the high cost of tuition and help pay students sustainable wage.

- The rig count in the Permian Basin stood at 301 as of 2/17/2017, which is the highest it's been since 2015.
- This promises to bring more jobs in the Permian Basin, but will leave area restaurant with an acute shortage of labor.
