Sports practice is one of the pillars for a healthy life at any age. Whether going out for a run or playing a football game with friends, practicing a sport will make you healthier and happier.

The benefits of sport are no only physical, but also affect mental health, reducing the onset of depression and stress, improving self-esteem and even social relationships, when practicing team sports.

The importance of sport for children´s health

Sports activities (especially group activities) help children reinforce their social self-esteem, and allow them to understand the importance of rules and respect for rules.

On of the most important teachings are the rewards of continuous effort. The figure of a coach will be a very attractive model in which to look and learn.

Achieving objectives requres a sacrifice and effort, and helps them understand that not everything is immediate, nor easy to achieve.
