In certain traditions - expert (highly paid) evaluators, test makers, teachers
PAR Tradition - "expert validity" or "prof of awesomess" resides with those that experience the problem (community)
PAR - establishes validity (awesomeness) in conversations (these could be Flip camera recordings)
PAR - has a traditional way of documenting awesomenss - this tardition provides strength - standing on sholders of giants
Example: if more than one observer records the same proof - independently
