Evil Queen
Pt. 2
The Queen is the character in the story that would take the most away from the theme. If she had not been jealous of Snow White the theme of this story would have been something entirely different.
The Exposition
The Huntsman
- Main characters: Snow White and the Queen
- Is set in a castle
- She lives alone with the Queen, since her father died soon after marrying again
- The initial conflict, or problem, is between Snow and the Queen. The Queen is very jealous of Snow and over the course of the story does many things to her.
- Antagonist
- Supporting Character
- Round Character
- S.- He expressed to the Queen how he was excited to do whatever she wished
*Shows how he has a dominant dark
side to his personality
- A.- He let Snow go in the woods
*Shows that he really is kind
- Because the Queen is jealous she sends the Huntsman to kill Snow White. By letting her go he inadvertedly causes the Queen to die. This builds the theme of the dangers of jealousy.
