  • Cassius orders his slave to kill him.
  • Lucilius pretends to be Brutus and is captured by Antony.
  • Brutus runs onto his sword and Antony has his second funeral speech.

  • Soothsayer warned Caesar of "the ides of March."
  • Antony is running in the race this year and Caesar told him to touch Calphurnia.
  • Casca describes some unnatural happenings to Cassius.
  • Cinna plants letters that Cassius has written.
  • Brutus discovers a letter telling him to join the conspirators.
  • Caesars wife tries to convince Caesar to not go to the capitol. Brutus tells him he has nothing to fear.
  • Artemindorus reads the letter that he will send to Julius.
  • Portia is worried about what is going down at the capitol so brutus tells her about the conspirators.
  • Cassius said that the name Caesar is no greater than the name Brutus.

  • Caesar is taken to the capitol and when he doesn't unbanish publius, they kill him.
  • Casca is the first to stab Caesar.
  • Antony and Brutus have their funeral speeches.
  • Cinna is discovered by the Romans and killed.
  • The whole crowd is on Antony's side because he used emotion.
  • Antony and Octavius plan their battle strategy.
  • Brutus and Cassius begin an argument.
  • Cassius offers Brutus his blade and his bare chest.
  • Brutus sees Caesars ghost after the argument ends.
  • Portia kills herself by swallowing hot coals because there was too much grief for her.
