Why the HIVE ? The HIVE is a place for a college student or even a child from the "Y" to explore and

get away from the hectic life style they have and come in into the HIVE to learn and meet new cool people around the world while hanging out with the coolest kids eating or listening to good live music.

The HIVE would be an Iconic Site for different parts

of culture coming as ONE.
