Solutions of other people

Perspective Analysis

Soltions have been suggested by other people. Here are a few of them.

- When you go to the beach, make sure to clean up all trash that you bring.

- use biodegrable products that can break down.

- persuade health and beauty companies to stop using small scrubbing beads of plastic. These can be found in their producs and the animals can choke or swallow them when the products find their way to the ocean.

Causes and Groups

- People that litter on the beach are the people that go to the beach, put trash on the ground during their outing and never pick it up.

- Animals that are being harmed are the animals in the ocean dying from choking on the trash, or getting tangled in it.

- Charles Moore is a scientist that discovered the trash vortex, and has been working on this problem.

- National Academy of Sciences is an organization that accesses how much trash people put into the ocean.

- Fishing and other productions are companies that contribute to the problem by dumping trash into the ocean throughout their work day.

Some of the causes of this problem is

- littering on the beach

- fishing companies not cleaning up trash.

- not using biodegradable products

- companies that spend time in the water dumping trash into the ocean.

Some groups that are involved are

- People that litter on the beach.

- Animals that are being harmed by the trash.

-Charles Moore (discoverer of the trash vortex)

- National Academy of Sciences

- Fishing and other productions that dump trash into the ocean.

The Problem

The problem is plastics or other trash in the ocean. Trash is left on the beach and it washes into the ocean, floating among the ocean. It then can be harmful to the sea animals becuase they can swallow the small trash or get stuck in it.

What is the trash vortex?

The trash vortex is a texas sized area in the North pacific that has a swirling vortex of trash. Charles Moore discovered this.
