Write what makes your angry, or a painful/scarring experience, on a piece of paper, fold it up, and slip it into the balloon carefully. The paper represents what is in your heart. Blow it up and tie it. Write your name on the balloon; this balloon is the way you present yourself to the world. Write on the balloon how you present yourself. For example, maybe using humor to hide pain.
