Francisco Guerrero died before the sentence was complete, in 1910, at the age of 70 years old (year of the Mexican Revolution).

Cause of death:

Cerebral thromboembolism secondary to unknown cause.

He never showed any regret or remorse about his actions.

Killed aproximately 20 female prostitutes in Mexico City between 1880 and 1888
