The money that people use in Panama s used is called Panamanian Balboa. One Balboa equals one dollar.

Location and Climate

Three typical foods that people eat in Panama are ceviche (which is a mixture of raw fish, marinated in lime juice, with onion and coriander. The acidity of the fruit juice "cooks" the fish). The next is arroz con pollo (chicken usually slow cooked with vegetables and spices and served with rice). The last one is flan (egg custard with caramelized sauce).

Panama has a tropical maritime climate with a hot, humid, cloudy rainy season (May to January) and a short dry season (January to May).
