The dispatcher: This could be the news because when he sees what is happening in the news this sets him off. This makes him want to do what he does and save her and try to educate the publish who have been brainwashed on the bus.
The donor: the donor is whoever put the key in the wall because this is what helps him escape and save the princess.
The false hero: this is the the police, the prison guards and the government. This is because all these institutions are supposed to protect us although in the video they aren't protecting the public anymore. The police guards are also getting in his way of trying to save the princess.
The hero: the hero is the artist he wants to save the princess. They used the artist as the hero so the audience would still see Lupe Fiasco as being a good person.
The princess: the female wearing white in the video. She is acting as the damsel in distress who needs the hero to save her.
The villain: the police and the government. This music video is showing the people in power as being bad and brainwashing people.

The princess' father
The helper and the princess' father are not very clear in this music video. Vladimir Propp had a very traditional way of looking at things so in many narratives in modern society may not have these traditional character types in them.
