Morning banana diet

  • Known as Hollywood diet.
  • Grapefruit has a fat-burning enzyme.
  • Low calories(lower than 1200).
  • Eating half a grapefruit with every meal for 10 to 12 days.
  • This diet is harmful to person who is taking medication, interact with grapefruit, or is allergic to citruses.
  • Consumption of a low-calorie cabbage soup for seven days.
  • Only water and unsweetened fruit juice are allowed.
  • This diet does not contain any proteins.
  • This diet contains high sodium.

South Beach Diet

  • Eat bananas as many as they want with water or a glass of milk for breakfast.
  • If dieter wants, they can apply it to their lunch, dinner, and snacks.
  • No food after 8pm, sleep before midnight.
  • Bananas are good source of dietary fiber.
  • Increasing resistant starch consumption Increase fat burning& decrease fat accumulation.

Israeli Army Diet
