- Potatoes - Hashbrowns
- Fried chicken - French fries
(Not the healthiest choices)

Less than 1/2 of the recommended intake!
What are some potassium-rich foods?
- Citrus fruits and vegetables such as bananas, watermelon, pineapple, tomatoes, carrot
- Potatoes, meat, milk
Other sources?
- Electrolyte packets & pills
- Sports chewing gums (Quench)
Side note: Increasing too much (18 g/day) can have deadly effects (heart issues). Never take a supplement for potassium.
Also an enterically coated Ginger pill may help with vomiting/nausea
