CONCLUSION
After the vision screening, the clinicians have come up with the following conclusions:
1. Out of 20 employees screened, 8 were males and 12 were females.
2. 80% (16) of the employees were single vision patients and 20% (4) of the employees were of the presbyopic age.
3. Majority of the employees were non-spectacle wearers (16), only 4 were spectacle wearers specifically, reading glass wearers.
4. Majority of the employees’ visual acuity was standard (11), 8 were substandard and 1 was found to have subnormal visual acuity.
5. The top 3 chief complains reported by the employees were blurring of vision, computer related complaints (6) and headache (1).
6. Majority of the employees had no significant findings for external eye condition (15) and internal health condition (16).
7. The most common external eye condition among the employees was pinguecula (4), followed by chalazion (1).
8. The most common internal eye condition among the employees was deep cupping (3), followed by 2:3 A/V ratio and copper wiring (1).
9. Accommodative insufficiency was the most common Accommodative Problem with 60%, followed by Accommodative Excess (33%); 7% were found to have no accommodative problem.
10. Convergence insufficiency was the most common Binocular Vision Problem with 86%, followed by Convergence Excess (7%) and those with normal binocular vision (7%).

RECOMMENDATIONS
The mission of ALPA PLUMBING WORKS, INC. is to:

and sanitary works and installation , fire protection works, repairs all kinds of plumbing systems,
as well as fire protection lines, electric motors and or devices where plumbing and sanitary
and fire protection works are concerned.

workers employed, through effective and efficient working processes and methodologies.
To uplift the quality and standard of life of every employee of ALPA Plumbing Works,
Inc. through equitable salaries and wages, and in the process contributing to the total goal
of the society to overcome poverty.
In the workplace:
1. Smoke Detectors, Fire Alarms and Sprinklers should be included in case of emergency for Fire Protection.
2. Desk of the employees should be arranged neatly. Documents, files and other equipment must be compiled accordingly.
3. Workspace of the employees should be enough for them to move comfortably and to avoid congestion in the area.
4. At least two exits should be provided in every floor and basement of every workplace capable of clearing the work area in five (5) minutes.
5. Protective Equipment should still be available to minimize the risk to the person’s health or safety.
6. Safety Signs must be placed where there is significant risk to health and safety
TO THE ADMIN
Based on the General Inspection, the group would like to recommend the following:
To the Admin:
1. They should atleast be knowledgeable about
the Vision and Mission of the company that they work into.
2. They should give enough attention to the health and welfare of every workers on their company.
3. They must establish a safe environment for everyone to avoid the risk of having accidents.
4. They shouldn't be complacent about investing time, money and effort on proper workplace, security and safety of the workers.
