Lead-in Sentence

Out ultimate purpose as a team is to successfully complete each project by achieving specific goals. These goals are as follows:

Team Purpose

Our common goals are to successfully complete a project as a team in a timely manner.

Work together to complete projects and assignments to the best of our abilities.

Our common goals are to help each other grow academically, improve our skills, and master the skills of teamwork.

Behavior:

-Show respect to one another.

-Have responsibility over your work. If you are assigned something, you must ensure that you have completed the task well and on time.

-Behave professionally. Avoid unprofessional behaviors that stray the group from the team goal.

Progressive Discipline

1. First no-show to a meeting without notifying the team ahead of time will receive a friendly warning as well as a reminder of the Team Charter.

2. Two to three no show to a meeting will result in a written notice, as well as extra tasks.

3. Four or more no-show without consulting the rest of the team as well as consecutive late arrivals will result in a written notice. We will also consult the instructor about this matter.

Participation:

-Every member should contribute equally to all projects

-Every member has to contribute their idea during discussions

Team Strengths: Our teamwork is good because we are very organize and stay in focus for our assignment.

Punctuality:

-Show up to all scheduled meetings.

-Hold meetings at least once per project/presentation

-If you are unable to make it to a meeting, let all members know beforehand so we can reschedule

Team Weakness: Not very good at presentations in front of a large audience.

As a team, we come up with some ground rules that we must follow. There will be punishments if we violate the rules that we set up.
