Chapter 5 Republican Organizers

In chapter five a group name Republican organizers looking around for runaway slaves and Yankees. The people had whips, and shotguns. The Republican Organizers told the darkies to go to there master then when Pascal was feeling scared. Pascal like was going to get caught.

Chapter 12 The Bibbs

In chapter twelve Pascal has been sneaking out to look for the bib's but when he found him he was sad. the bib's was very sick there father had a virus that they had catch, so pascal went to go get help and some food for them so they can survive.

Chapter 3 On The Way To Georgia

In chapter three Gideon, Nelly and ,pascal are on there way to Georgia but they end up getting in a little bit of trouble. while the three was camping they heard horses coming down the road so they cleared the campsite fast, and hid in the bushes,trees ,and ditches.

Pascal ,Gideon, and Nelly

are traveling to live in a free state.Pascal can't believe the news Gideon told him he was so happy. Gideon heart is pounding he can"t wait til the day they get there forty acres and maybe a mule. Gideon shared some great news to Pascal .

In chapter four pascal, and the others was invited in a club with white men called Union League were they talked about the war between the states. That slave should be free, and live in peace. Pascal could trust them cause he was very scared that they will catch them.
