The plans and processes I have outlined are transferable because they follow current DET strategic plans, key messages from the DG as well as characteristics of High Potential Leadership - Future Leaders
Also, my ability to successfully work with each key stakeholder in ensuring school improvement means that every action is supported by evidence and communicated clearly.
