while in the cave a female goat or nymph nursed him. The goats name was Amalthaea and he was guarded by curetes. Zeus stayed by Amalthaea side.

A legend Story

Gaea summon a monster to destroy zeus and take over his place. Typhon went to destroy his kingdom after a while Zeus decided to confront Typhon and hit him with all he had and then he went hand to hand combat with Typhon. Typhon deafeted zeus but after a while zeus recovered his strangth and defeated Typhon.

Growing up to be a man

Zeus father, Cronus had found that one of his children was going to overthrow him. So he wanted to make sure that one of his children couldn't possibly over throw him.So zeus father ate all of his children but zeus mother did not want him to get eaten so she hid him and gave zeus father a rock. zeus was left in a cave alone.

Zeus was the ruler of the sky and rain.Zeus drew lots with his brothers poseidon and hades.To see who would succeed to his father's thrown.Zeus won and became the ruler of all gods.
