- 886 samples were analyzed by Pharm Chem Street Drug Laboratory
- Only 252 (28%) were actually hallucinogenic
- 275 (31%) were regular store bought mushrooms laced with LSD or PCP
- 328 (37%) contained no drug at all
- Normally taken orally
- Made as a tea
- Mixed in with other food or candy to mask the taste

Overview
- Psylocibilin is a hallucinogenic substance or chemical obtained from certain types of fresh or dried mushrooms
- First isolated in 1958 by Dr. Albert Hofmann, who also discovered lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD)
- Can be found in South America, Mexico and the United States
