3. The module will create an official website for ALS Sorsogon through WordPress. It will provide reviewer for ALS Accreditation and Equivalency Test to the learners of Advanced Elementary and Secondary
1. The profiling module will cater to the Personal Information of Learners. Learners image will be uploaded via webcam.
Delimitation
The system is exclusively for Alternative Learning System of Sorsogon. Quizzes and Recitations of learners are not available in the system. The grading system and report cards of learners are delimited in the system.
4. The system allows printing of certificates of the passers. It will also summarize the number of learners who passed the final examination and who have failing marks.
2. The Examinations will integrate an Entrance Examination (Functional Literacy Test) and Final Examination (ALS Accreditation .

Purpose and Description
1. Partial Requirements of Specification
This study aims to develop a Record Management and Information System for Alternative Learning System of Sorsogon that enables sorting and archiving of data and promotes efficient administration and management of the records of Alternative Learning System.

It is a Web Application to be operated by the Administrator, Mobile Teacher, District ALS Coordinator and Learner with different privileges.

- To develop a module that will serve as an official website of Alternative Learning System of Sorsogon.
- To develop a module that will generate monthly and yearly reports of ALS enrolles, passers and monitoring of retakers.
