Anna Falchi

Angelika was born in Riga in 1972. At the age of 14 she moved to Finland with her mother who married with a finn. When Angelika was 15 the biggest Fashion Model Agency in Finland "Paparazzi"noticed her and soon she signed a contract with them.

Anna Falchi (born Anna Kristiina Palomäki) was born in Tampere in 1972. Her mother, Kaarina Palomäki is finn and father, Benito Falchi is italian. Anna grew up in Italy. She had very rich imagination, so she had an imagined friend Puff. It helped her to cope with her parent's brakeup.

Her international career started in 1990 when she did a photoshoot for english magazine Elle. Soon Karl Lagerfeld noticed Angelika and she became his muse. Angelika started to work for Chanel's fashionhouse.

During 1990's Kallio was shooted for such brands as Vogue, Marie Claire, Glamour, Rolling Stone, Bazaar and was working on catwalk with Versace, Chanel, Alexander McQueen, Victoria's secret, Calvin Klein, Prada, Cavalli and many others.

At the end of 80's mother took Anna to the modeling school. After that her life and career went up. In 1989 she took part in "Miss Italy" competition and won the second prize.

Anne Kukkohovi (born in 1970) is a retired finnish model. She worked as a model in 1990-1998 in Finland, England, Japan, Germany and Sweden.

She worked in many countries in Europe and lived in Paris, New York and Miami. In 1993 she took part also in the movie called For Love for Money.

Film directors started to notice Anna so she decided to join the film career . She still continued the modeling and became a sexsymbol in Italy.

After modeling she worked in different advertising agencies as art director.

Today Kallio lives in New York with her 22 years old son. In 2005 she wrote the book Top Model's diary

Armi was born in 1934 in Muhos. She was the second youngest child in family and had four siblings. In 1952 she won Suomen Neito (Finland's Maiden) competition. The prizes were chocolate, golden bracelet and flight ticket to the USA. She flew to California in June, a month after her winning. There she took part in the first Miss Universe competition and won it, she was only 17.

Her winning was important for finnish nation. It brought more spirit for finns and belief that Finland can also shine on international level.

Anne has also worked as host on TV programmes: Sinun unelmiesi tähden (For the sake of your dreams) and Suomen Huippumalli haussa ( Finland's next top model). In autumn 2013 she was hosting Koko Suomi leipoo (Whole Finland bakes) - programme.

In nowadays she has her own company which is specialized in acting and creative consultation. She is married and has one child.

Armi continued her career first in Finland, but in 1953 she did journey around the world and met her first husband and moved to Manila.Before that she acted in finnish movies and did a tour around Finland.

Her husband died in 1975, but she got married again in 1978. In nowadays she lives in California with her husband.

She has 7 children and all of them live in different countries.

Ninja Sarasalo

Ninja was born in 1982 in Helsinki. She is one of the most known Finnish models. Sarasalo was discovered by Leila Snellman, the founder of Finland's oldest model agency "Paparazzi". Sarasalo has worked for Jean-Pearl and Garnier and her photos have been published in magazines like ELLE, Vogue and GQ. Sarasalo says that here exotic face is inherited from her grandmother, who was of Russian and Swedish ancestry. Ninja has been also in the musicvideo "Right Here In My Arms" by HIM. She started her own music career in 2006 with her first single "Fashion".

Today Ninja continues modeling as plus-size model.

Vera (born in 1975, Helsinki) is a Finnish-Bulgarian model. Her parents were both musicians so she traveled with them all her childhood. They lived in Bulgaria but because of politics, they moved back to Finland when Vera was 14 years old. Soon Vera was spotted by local model agency and she started to show up in Finnish magazines and commercials. She became a familiar face in Finnish media. Modeling opened the doors to international working. Next ten years Vera worked in Milan, Paris, Hamburg, New York and Barcelona with such brands as Karl Lagerfeld, Thierry Mugler, Isabel Marant, Armand Basi, Gai Mattiolo, Clarins, Palmolive, Lexus and many others. Jordanova has also acted in movies and tv-series.

Koponen is the most famous finnish model in nowadays. She was born in 1988 in Vantaa. In childhood she was the tallest in her class, 180cm at the age of 13. She didn't really know about models and commercials but when she became 16 her friends told her to take part in first "Finland's next top model" season and she did. Judges were entranced by her and she won the 1st place. The winning brought her modeling contracts in Milan, Paris and New York.

In 2005 Suvi was noticed internationally. In 2006 Models.com (which is one of the most known modeling web site) did a list of top 50 models and Suvi was one of them.

Koponen opened and finished Prada's catwalk in Milan 2006. It borught her new contracts with different brands; Christian Dior, Chloé, Dolce&Gabbana, Louis Vuitton, Karl Lagerfeld, Max Mara, Nina Ricci, Calvin Klein and many others.

In 2007 she was named as the 4th best model in New York Fashion week. Suvi was first time published in Vogue's cover in 2008.

In 2014 she was top 8 in Models.com list and became one of the most wanted models in the world.

Suvi married in 2012 with model Tyler Riggs and changed her surname to Riggs. They have one child and Suvi is still continuing modeling career.
