Types Of Dough!

There's a verity of different types of dough.

Such as:

Sweet Rich Dough- which is a dough that incorporates up to 25% of both fat & sugar.

Pasta Dough- which is used to make noodles, ravioli, etc.

Sour Dough- made from a cultured starter

Hard Lean Dough- a type of dough that consist of 0%-1% of fats and sugar.

Brioche- nonlaminated yeast dough rich in eggs and butter.

Pizza Dough- used for making pizzas.
