“The test’s authors (H. J. Eysenck & Eysenck, 1994) justify the low reliability of scores on the P scale by stating, It must be remembered that the P scale taps several different facets (hostility, cruelty, lack of empathy, nonconformism, etc.) which may hold reliabilities lower than would be true of a scale like E, which comprises largely sociability and activity items only."

History

Some of the questions are too vague and should be more specific to gain a more accurate result.

For the full version all you get is a manual to go over the questionnaire there is no outside opinion and this can lead to an incorrect conclusion.

Created by Hans Jurgen Eysenck and Sybil B.G Eysenck in 1975

Originally created a revision to the EPI (Eysenck Personality Inventory

1985 revised version EPQ-R

Overall Impression

How is it administered?

Sample Questions

My results were fairly correct in trying to understand my personality rating it on Extroversion, Neuroticism and Psychoticism.

It was easy to use and understand the data of my results at the end of the questionnaire.

1) I am very moody.

2) I respect authority.

3) I would like other people to be afraid of me.

4) I can be unsympathetic.

5) I try not to be rude to people.

Scale of Very Accurate to Very Inaccurate

When purchasing the questionnaire, it comes with a manual that goes through the analysis step by step to understand your results.

If getting the questionnaire free online there is a brief explanation of your results with a chart and graph to help you visualize your results.
