Claim: Your opinion or what you are trying to prove.
Evidence: Data or information to support your claim
Warrant: How the evidence supports the claim.

Argument of Fact forces people to look at WHAT something is based on the claims given, the supporting evidence, and how the evidence supports the claims.
Audiences (and teachers and professors) do not just want to know your opinion but they want to know how you came to that conclusion.
Writing your essays in this style will allow room for your audience to understand your opinions and also teaches you how to explain and frame your opinions in everyday life.
