3D Model of a Lithium Atom

We used black plastic tubing,9 balls of foam,fishing wire,tape,and green and blue paint to make the 3D model.The 3 white balls that are inserted on to the plastic tubing are modeling as the electrons,the 3 green balls are supposed to represent neutrons,and the 3 blue balls are representing protons.The fishing wire hold the atoms in the center and the tape holds the tubing together.The Lithium atom(or Li for short) is the 3rd element on the periodic table of elements,and has an atomic mass of about 6.94.
