1. Three different types of brands (Brand A, B, and C)
2. A recording device
3. Table
4. 3 Flashlights
2. Label flashlights 1-3 (trials).
3. Set flashlight 1 with Battery A on table.
4. Place recording device where it can view the flashlight.
Begin recording device at the same time the flashlight is turned on to maximum brightness.
6.Check on flashlight every 10 minutes to see if it’s still.
7. Dispose of battery when battery in flashlight has died.
8. Record data of time.
9. Delete video from recording device.
10.Repeat steps 1-9 with Battery B, and C.
11. Repeat steps 1-10 for trials 2, and 3.

PROCEDURE
An experiment was conducted to see if the brand of a battery affects the life of a battery. First, the batteries were placed on the table with the different types of brand of batteries. A recording device was presesnty and filmed the batteries lifespan. Then, the batteries were turned on until the battery could no longer have any power left. The video was then watched to check how long the battery had lasted, and the data was recorded. Brand A’s, B’s, C’s averages were 283, 255.67, 204.34 minutes, respectively. Research done, showed that Duracell (Brand A) was the most bought battery, with Energizer following behind it, and Powerpack at the bottom of both, so yes, the brand of the brand of a battery does affect it’s life on something, anything. Yes, if the popularity of a brand of battery would make it last longer, the hypothesis was correct.

:
If the brand of a battery is widely known and purchased, then it's life will last longer.
