Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis and other started their rock and roll career at Sun Studios, which produced more rock and roll albums than any other label.

The most important landform is the Mississippi River, or the Mighty Mississippi. It is one of the longest rivers in the world.

The mineral limestone is found in Middle Tennessee. When water washes over the limestone, it fills the soil with important minerals. This makes the soil great for crops. Some crops found in Middle Tennessee are vegetables, grain, hay, and fruit. There are also large deposits of the mineral iron ore in the Highland Rim.
