The Baro’t Saya is a type of dress that Filipinos would wear especially during Buwan ng Wika or be it during Santacruzan. An unofficial symbol of the Philippines is the famed Barong Tagalog which is not tucked but worn. Baro means “dress off” and Saya means “and skirt”. Women, particularly the latter era, used to wear butterfly-sleeved terno during those times.

In the Philippines,

Taal is most likely known as the capital of Baro and Saya.

Quite famous for their embroidery.
