Ares was born from Zeus( king of the gods) and Hera(queen of the gods). Ares has many offspring, some are divine and others are mortal. Ares divine offspring include: Eros, Deimos, Anteros, Eyalios, Nike, Phobos, and Harmonia. Ares has 32 mortal children as well.

They capture Ares and contain him in a vase made of bronze. 13 months go by with no wars and the giants crops grow plentifully. After a while the other gods notice and send Hermes to go rescue Ares.
