Internal because top executives will also involve in the process to see how fit the candidates to our company are, we only focus on the external recruiting testing and assessments

2-If you hired new employee what are the things you are going to do before he or she starts working?

3-How to behave with people with bad behavior ?

People with one or two behavior will be signing a consent document of ending changing their bad behavior. On the other hand continuous bad behavior will be putting into a program named "Rotation" this will reposition the employee in different work position with long hours and lower salaries.

provide company manual to educate him about the industry and the company position as well as the culture of the company and its employee policies. Then we will make a cross functional movement in several departments to see his/her potentials and talents.
