October 9, 2012: The Supreme Court issued a temporary restraining order, stopping implementation of the Act for 120 days, and extended it on 5 February 2013 "until further orders from the court.
February 18, 2014: Supreme Court decision is constitutional on Section 5 of the law, while Sections 4-C-3, 7, 12 and 19 was unconstitutional.
