Faulk- is quite down to earth and the singers usually dress that way too. As we can see, the girls are wearing a jean material which is classed as casual and comfortable.

Lyrical style

Folk has quite narrow lyrical style that mainly focuses on love, relationships and how the relationships go wrong. "Our ship is slowly sinking". There tend to be no slang language or swearing in folk to highlight the importance of taking the songs and the lyrics seriously.

There also tend to be repetition of the verses- that is because the verses are seen to be the most important parts of the song.
