Jaguars have very strong legs. Without these legs they would not be able to run after an catch their prey. Also they would not be able to leap as far and have trouble catching their food which would lead to them starving and dying

An adaptation that helps the sloth to survive is that it is only active for 8 to 10 hours a day, and it gets more energy from being inactive or sleeping for the rest of the day.
An adaptation for a the keel-billed toucan is when they fly they have a period of rapid flapping and then a glide. Since the toucans can not fly for a long distance their adaptation helps them stay in the air longer away from any predators. Also this helps give the toucan a wide range to get fruits in the canopy trees to food on the rainforest floor.
There is an algae that grows on the sloth that helps the sloth to survive because the algae provides nutrients the sloth needs to stay healthy.
The sloth survives by having a greenish tint on the outermost layer of their fur coat, which helps them camouflage in the rainforest. The camouflage helps it hide from predators and to catch its prey.

The scientific name for a jaguar is Panthera onco.
A behavioral adaptation is that they sleep with their tail over its back and putting its bill under its wings to save space. Since they travel in flocks of 6-12 they can sleep in one area together and communicate better in one space and protect their eggs in one area.
Scientific name: Bradypus Variegatus
Lastly The paws on a jaguar are particularly large and help them to climb trees. Jaguars are very good at climbing and will do so if they are avoiding humans or hiding. They might even go up in a tree to sleep
One of the many adaptations of the jaguar is that they have very sharp claws which help them fight and kill prey. If they did not have these claws it would be impossible for them to survive and get their food.
A physical adaptation is the toucans large bill, The large bill helps the toucan get more food by carrying several branches of fruit at a time .The bill also helps prevent
the toucan from danger since the bill is so large and sharp.
