Culture :FoThe Tunisian food consists of bread, olives, olive oil , fruit and vegetables . It stresses the use of wheat , semolina and flour . Food is Tunisia symbolizes religious feasts and happy occasions ex ; in the Aid , we make Makroudh which is a typical Tunisian dessert . In weddings, we make the couscous . We have also lablabi which is used in daily life .

Tunisia has a moderate climate . We have 4 seasons . We have rainy, foggy and cloudy winters and dry and hot summers. In the South , we have desert/Sahara which has a specific weather.In the daylight, it's very hot, however at night, it's cold . There are a series of salt lakes in the South . There is snow only in the north-eastern parts of the country : in Jandouba, Tabarka and Ain Draham .
History :
In the past, Tunisia was invaded by the Romans, Phoenicians and Ottomans. The City of Carthage was the chief ruins of the Phoenicains onn Tunisia . It was set up in the 9th Century . The Ottomans seized thr territory of Tunisia in their frist conquest which took place in 1534. They left ruins especially in Mosques .
