-During my freshman year I plan to have a workable 4 year plan that contains classes that I enjoy, and classes that will help me get into a University.
-I will continue to be involved in extra-curricular activities, such as soccer, because it will help me manage my schedule and teach responsibility.
- I will try my hardest to get all A's in my more challenging classes, such as AP classes, because making good grades in challenging classes looks good when applying for universities.
-I plan on retaking my SAT and ACT senior year in hopes of making a higher score, it wont matter that I took it multiple times so I can only benefit from this.
- A+ will be what I strive for throughout all my years of high school, as it will improve my GPA greatly, which is what good universities are looking for.
-Freshman year I also plan to keep at my extra-curricular activities such as soccer, that teach me responsibility.
- At the end of each semester I will calculate my GPA, this will help as it will point out the class or classes that I need to step it up in and achieve a better grade.
-During my Senior year I plan to finish all my college applications and send them all out, that way I wont be struggling and rushing to send them out at the last minute.
-I plan to make good grades to maintain a good GPA which will help me get into a good university.
-College visits will be important as is will give me an idea of how each university is set up and which one is best for me.
-Taking the PSAT and PLAN will help a lot, it will give me an idea of what to expect on the SAT and prepare accordingly.
- While finishing college application I will also be finishing up scholar applications, this can be very beneficial because if i manage to land a scholarship, most of the expenses will be paid for me.
-Taking the SAT will be an important step, colleges and universities will be able to look at it and make decisions, but there isn't any need to worry too much as I can retake it later on to improve my grade.
- AP and dual credit courses will be a big part of my senior year, I plan to take many of these classes in order to get a head start in my college years.
-I also want to join Key club, this will be helpful as it will teach responsibility, also universities like to see student in clubs, and student who have volunteer hours, which Key club allows you to get.
- Like the SAT, i will plan to take the ACT for the same reason, also i wont stress about it too much because I know I can retake it later on.
