By studying human vision, Dunkley discovered that blocking two points in a person's peripheral vision will cause an ordinary picture to look like it's third dimensional.

Biography

Kenneth J Dunkley is considered to be a famous African American inventor and has been given credit for inventing the first 3D viewing glasses. He was born on January 1, 1939. His invention lead to helping achieve the 3D affect without lenses or mirrors of any kind. It was truly a great day in history when he figured out the existence of the two different points which are located within a persons periphery vision, this lead to many great things.

Dunkley is also a leader in the field of holography

Dunkle, is currently the president of the Holospace laboratories Inc in Camp Hill Pennsylvania

In 1973, Dunkley created his Hologram entitled "Thoughts"
