The Victim
Prior to the incident with his roommate, Duston Paxton d also had an abuse scandal with a young woman but was never tried for it, until the family spoke out during his trial.
What happened.
Paxton's roommate was tied up with a dog collar and electrical cables. He was beat with a cane, punched, kicked, forced to eat dog and cat food, and left to sit in his feces and urine.

In 2010, Dustin Paxton was charged with the abuse (both physical, mental, and physical), starving, and humiliation of his roommate, after the victim's near lifeless body was dumped in front of a Regina hospital.
The outcome.
His abuse left him with brain damage, several broken bones, lacerations, bruises, and chunks of his flesh cut off (including his left ear, upper and bottom lips, cheeks.)
After the trial Paxton was charged with numerous counts of assault, assault with a weapon, and taking away someones right to the necessities of life.
Paxton continuously beat, starved, raped, and submised his roommate.
Paxton is currently behind bars .
