Paradox

An oxymoron phrase is a combination of an adjective and a noun with contrasting meanings. The contrasting words are not always side by side.The contrasting ideas may be spaced out in a sentence.

Is a statement that appears to be self-contradictory or silly but may include truth. It is used to illustrate an opinion or statement contrary to traditional ideas. A paradox is often used to make a reader think over an idea in innovative way. A paradox is typically longer than an oxymoron.
