In 1998 in Yellowstone Park the fire broke out because one day it was a storming evening and lighting stroke a tree while it was windy and the wind migrated the fire to different areas the firefighters let it get out of hand then the firefighters started fighting the fire because it was enormous and after 3 months it snowed and it put out the fire burning archers of Yellowstone. The fire killed some of the firefights in the battle

with the fire.

The Goods about this Wildfire

This wildfire allowed old nature in this forest die. After the death of these old plants, new plants began to grow fresh, and healthy. Also some plants needed this fire to open up thier seeds, because if the seeds were open they'd fall into the soil, and that would allow more plants to grow.

This wildfire also helped small trees by helping the small

trees get more sunlight.This wildfire helped the forest's ecosytem in many ways, helping the habitacs of nature.

Many animals came back after years of this forests damage. This was one of the world's most known fires in Yellowstone.

Rebirth

This forest has now been reborn. It's trees,plants,animals, and natraul resources has been restored.The forsest was growing better than ever

before! The wildfire helped the yellow-stone envirment alot. The plants were much healthier.

Yellow stone forest is still growing after this huge fire that got started by nature (5,000), and by human carelessness (8,000). 250 DIFFERENT FIRES STARTED IN 1988 THAT TIME. About more than 72,000 firfighters reported to to the fire in Yellowstone. pEOPLE WERE ARGUING ABOUT IF THE FIRE SHOULD BURN OUT OR NOT. HEY WAITED TOO LONG.tHE FLAMES REACHED OVER 200 FEET.tHIS FIRE BURNT 95% OF yELLOWSTONE'S lAND. at THE END OF jULY THIS BECAME KNOWN AS "bLACK sATURDAY".

Now many of the animals in Yellow Stone have returned. The animals can now feed on grass,insects,leaves,trees, and thier prey.
