...The video is very bright and vibrant which makes it fun and interesting to watch. It has a very stereotypical veiw on Britian, it has tea drinking, buying ice cream from a van and bright umbrellas.

typical Britpop music videos consist of images of 60s 70s Britain with a typical colour scheme of bright blue, orange and white but can also have soft and low lighten.

At the start of the music video you can see two businessmen trying to sell windows, this scene was shot using a fisheye lens, this gives a 'distored' image and give the impressiom of someone looking through a door eye hole.

The music video shows white British people, there is no other ethnic race at all, although the song talks about cultures and races and says they all go "hand in hand". The video makes fun of British culture and is a celebration of different cultures...

high and low angles are used. The high angle shot is used on the buisnessman, this can make him seem more powerful, important and maybe even threatening. The low angle shot is used for the person answering the door, this makes him seem powerless.

A lot of close up shots are used in this music video and are mainly focused on the band members, this is used to promote the band.

this shot could be used to emphasise the shock and suprise the buisnessman has when the homeowner shut the door on him.
